A local council in Wales is seeking a dedicated care worker to provide a safe environment for children in a residential care setting. Responsibilities include supporting children with emotional and social needs, managing behavior, and assisting with daily routines. Candidates must provide evidence of essential qualifications; the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. This role involves working 24 hours with sleep-in shifts.
Grade 4 SCP 13-17 = £29,064 - £31,022 per annum pro rata
31.5 Hours = 85.13% = £24,742 - £26,409 per annum
