Vision Personnel is working with an established company that's been trading for 10 years, who are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join their commercial reactive maintenance team.
The role involves working predominantly within commercial contracts across London, Slough, Watford and other local areas.
- Driver's license (preferably clean)
- Maintenance and commercial background
- General building duties
- Basic electrical experience
- Basic plumbing experience
- Reactive maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Working in hotels, restaurants & pubs
- 1-in-6 week on-call rota (6am - 11pm)
- Willingness to travel
- Company van + fuel card
- Mobile phone provided
- 30 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 extra day for your birthday
- Time and a half for out-of-hours work X 1.5
- Expenses fully covered
- Overtime (over 45 hours/week) paid at X 1.5
- £345 on-call retainer (paid on top of salary)
