Job Description:
We have partnered with Stuart Turner, who are on a mission to change how they power water. As the Commercial Operations Manager in the group, you will be a key point of contact for external customers and internal teams, tasked with delivering quote management, CRM management control, supply chain coordination of key accounts, order fulfillment, and pre/post technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key account supply chain teams to enhance operational effectiveness, reduce order processing time and errors, minimize stock outs, reduce carriage costs, identify shared savings, and propose range changes.
- Create, manage, and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Provide technical support via telephone and email to installers, trading customers, and consumers, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Implement online support mechanisms such as FAQs, demos, webinars, social media support, on-site help tools, and AI tools, keeping them updated with best practices.
- Support the Sales Director and external sales team with operational support to maximize sales opportunities.
- Set and manage data standards within the CRM system and create reports to support business needs.
- Identify opportunities to generate sales leads from inbound interactions.
- Streamline internal processes and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to address issues raised through customer interactions and implement solutions to reduce failures and warranty costs.
- Manage quality claims with insurance partners to minimize costs.
Experience Required:
- Commercial acumen with a focus on sales opportunities and profit growth.
- Experience working with external sales teams on joint initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in supply chain management of large key accounts.
- Background in customer support, order and quotation management, and technical support within manufacturing or distribution.
- Proven ability to drive change and achieve commercial success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with ERP or order management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Drive strategic change within the division.
