Our client, an award-winning live music and events promoter, is seeking a Head of Hospitality & VIP to shape the VIP and Hospitality offering across the company’s extensive portfolio of live events.

- Leading the development and execution of the hospitality and VIP strategy across live tours, festivals and special events.
- Taking ownership of P&L management, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Developing best‑in‑class offerings against other industry leaders.
- Building and maintaining senior relationships with partners, sponsors and suppliers.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities through brand collaborations and travel or accommodation packages.
- Negotiating commercial terms with partners.
- Ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey for all VIP guests.
- Providing strong leadership to the hospitality and VIP team and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Acting as the key internal and external representative for all premium experiences.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial hospitality, premium events or luxury customer experience sectors.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and partnership development.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities at a senior and corporate level.
- Strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for live entertainment and creating memorable experiences for audiences.
