The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Media Partner for their office based in the heart of West End of London.

  • You will join the firms top rated media department. The firm is seeking to hire a non-contentious media lawyer. You will deal with a broad palette of work for Film, Fashion, TV, Publishing etc, the varied nature of the caseload will make an interesting role.
  • The caseload will include; Management contracts, Merchandising contracts, Branding and image rights contracts, Promoter and agency contracts, Website contracts including standard terms and conditions, Video production contracts, Book publishing contracts, Sponsorship contracts, Endorsement contracts, Corporate and live touring contracts, Commercial agreements for fashion designers and photographers, Confidentiality / non-disclosure agreements, Talent agreements for film, television and radio, First look deals
  • You will be a Media Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • Salary is competitive with a lucrative bonus structure based on billings, this is negotiable depending on your background and experience
