This is a temporary maternity cover starting at the end of July-early August 2025 for up to 12 months. WHAT DOES A HR BUSINESS PARTNER DO AT KOBALT?
  • You act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals.
  • You own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and development.
  • You lead and deliver end-to-end HR projects, from concept to rollout.
  • You play a key role in our DEI and wellbeing strategy — helping us stay inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
  • You navigate employee relations issues with sensitivity, fairness, and speed.

Life Assurance

Employee contribution: 5% of qualifying earnings

Employer contribution: 3% of qualifying earnings

Salary Exchange post probationary period.

Private Medical Insurance

Aviva provides private medical cover. The company pays the premium for individual cover and you pay the tax.

Travel Insurance (business)

If you are travelling for business, please ensure to have a copy of the ‘Policy Schedule’ and ‘Emergency Card’.

Holiday extension post probationary period.

A free eye test and money towards glasses is available to all Display Screen Equipment (DSE) users.

Nuffield Health and Fitness First offer corporate rates and the Company will contribute £45 per month (subject to tax) towards your membership fees.

Cycle to Work Scheme

You can spend £100 - £2,000 on bicycles or accessories with savings being made by reducing tax and NI on the total amount.
