Location: Birmingham / Manchester
Salary: £80,000+ plus bonus and benefits
A global insurer is seeking a specialist Technology Underwriter for their Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Underwriter will inherit an existing portfolio and will be responsible for underwriting both new and renewal business. Key duties include:
- Dealing with queries from brokers and updating them on underwriting decisions
- Developing and nurturing broker relationships
- Analyzing the portfolio and preparing reports for management
- Visiting brokers and marketing products
This role requires a candidate with in-depth knowledge of technology risks and a strong network of technology brokers. Negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential. Successful candidates will have opportunities for progression.
