Abbotts Estate Agency is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Chelmsford. OTE £40k - £80k.


We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.


You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals in a result-driven environment
  • Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, providing advice on various products and services to meet their needs
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships
Skills and experience required:
  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
