A bit about the job:
This role centres on managing and growing a profitable portfolio of Surety business. After a period of training, you’ll underwrite risks in line with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and relevant legislation. Working closely with brokers and customers, you’ll oversee policies from start to finish, support audits and process reviews, and help implement changes to team procedures. Collaboration is key, with regular cross-team engagement to resolve underwriting issues and keep operations running smoothly. Staying informed on industry trends and contributing to projects that drive continuous improvement are also part of the role, all with a strong focus on delivering great customer outcomes.
