A regional affordable housing provider in Buckingham is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (retrofit) to oversee energy improvement works and manage contracts. This role involves delivering projects compliant with relevant legislation, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in construction or related fields and experience in property management. The position requires a valid driving license and offers a hybrid working model with project values around £2-3m per annum.
Qualifications
Minimum further education qualification (HNC / HND / Degree).
Experience working in a busy Maintenance / Property team.
Sound knowledge of contract administration and building contract law.
Responsabilités
Oversee the delivery of energy improvement works.
Manage contracts for maintenance works.
Prepare project briefs and specifications.
Connaissances
Experience in maintenance/property management
Knowledge of contract administration
Familiarity with Retrofit (PAS2035)
Technical decision-making
Ability to oversee contractors
Formation
HNC / HND / Degree in a relevant field
Outils
Knowledge of SAP and RdSAP
