A mental health service provider is seeking a Senior High Intensity CBT Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy while leading a team. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and communication skills along with a proven track record in delivering complex psychological therapies. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our NHS Derbyshire Talking Therapies service!
This is a hybrid role with main base in Chesterfield, and you may also be required to work at various locations across Derbyshire, including but not limited to Derby and Chesterfield.
Working hours for this job are Monday to Friday - service hours between 8am and 8pm, with the expectation of at least one late shift per week (12-8).
As a Senior HIT, you'll provide evidence‑based therapy for people experiencing complex anxiety and depression, while also taking a leadership role in the team. You'll balance your own clinical caseload with supporting colleagues, trainees, and service developments that ensure we continue to deliver excellent, person‑centred care.
