Job summary
A childcare provider in Sidcup is seeking a full-time Nursery Practitioner for the Toddler Room. The role involves planning activities, supporting children aged 18 months to 3 years, and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment. The nursery supports 170 children across 7 rooms, with a team of 43 staff members who work closely together. This role sits within the Toddler Room, working with children aged approximately 18 months to 3 years. You will help plan engaging activities, support children's emotional and social development, encourage independence and maintain a safe, stimulating environment for learning and play.
The nursery is committed to staff development and provides extensive CPD, specialist training and opportunities to progress. Team members are encouraged to develop their interests, gain new qualifications and move into more senior roles as vacancies arise.
