A social services organization in Newcastle is seeking a skilled Family Practitioner to support children and families. You will conduct whole-family assessments, deliver tailored support, and advocate for children's needs. The ideal candidate has strong skills in multi-agency collaboration and a passion for empowering families. This role involves working closely with local services and offers valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Family Practitioner
Location: Newcastle (Inner West)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Thursday between 9am-6pm (to meet family needs), early finish on Fridays at 4:30pm
Contract: 3 months (end date to be reviewed)
