Responsibilities

• Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and member engagement.
• Responsible for ensuring the gym floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure equipment is in the correct place within the gym floor.
• Hand out towels to members.
• Interact with members professionally and focus on building rapport.
• Provide support to members by ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and member engagement
• Responsible for ensuring the gym floor is clean and tidy
• Ensure equipment is in the correct place within the gym floor
• Hand out towels to members
• Interact with members with professional and focus on building rapport to provide an elevated experience
• Provide support to members by ensuring a safe environment and assist members where necessary
• Attend workshops as necessary
