HGV Mechanic Trainer - Full Training

Coalville - Hybrid - Office + Field-based

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + Eligible for government £6,000 bonus, Generous Pension (28% Employer Contribution), 40 Days Holiday, 2 Weeks' Christmas Holiday, Bank Holidays, Full Training Provided, Mileage Allowance

In this role, you will receive comprehensive teacher training through internal programs and formal qualifications. As a hybrid position, you will split your time between delivering training in the workshop and classroom, and visiting apprentices at their employer locations for assessments. Flexibility is available if you prefer more time in the college or in the field.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HGV maintenance and repair, or in vehicle, plant, or agricultural machinery. No prior teaching experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

• Full training provided
• Deliver training sessions to apprentices

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with forklift, HGV, plant, or agricultural machinery
• NVQ Level 3 Qualification
• Valid driving license and own car
• No teaching/training experience required
