Whether you've been working as a Mechanic, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or within a prestige workshop environment, this role offers genuine progression with routes into Workshop Controller, Assistant Manager and Garage Manager positions.
Salary: £37,000 - £38,000 basic • Plus Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5.30pm • 1 in 3 Saturdays

- Developing towards Assistant Manager responsibilities
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' post‑qualification experience in a prestige dealership or similar environment
- Strong technical skills and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent customer service standards
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your output
- Full UK Driving Licence
- High Voltage (EV/Hybrid) trained preferred
- Motivated, target‑driven, and adaptable within a busy workshop
