Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a very successful, global organisation, who are recruiting for a Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist to cover a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Working hours - Hybrid working, 2 days in the offices in Gillingham and 3 days from home.

• Reporting to the Digital Growth Marketing Manager, you'll create and optimise campaigns across email, social, PPC, SEO, and web ads — driving engagement, leads, and growth.
• You'll have the freedom to test bold ideas, embrace the latest innovations in digital marketing, and use platforms like HubSpot and Google Ads to prove your impact.

• The Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist will be required to do the following tasks:
• Build and optimise email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot (or similar), keeping audiences engaged and connected.
• Create and manage high-performing PPC campaigns that generate leads, boost sales, and enhance our digital presence.
• Own and optimise the digital marketing budget, producing clear, actionable monthly reports on spend and performance.
• Collaborate with our Content Writer to craft compelling, conversion-focused messages and campaigns.
• Analyse campaign results, measure ROI, and use data to inform strategy and storytelling.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives through engaging digital campaigns.
• Work with our in-house design team to deliver eye-catching, on-brand visuals.
• Ensure all digital activities are GDPR-compliant and customer-focused.
• Research and apply emerging trends, audience insights, and AI-driven tools to stay at the forefront of digital excellence.
• Present insights confidently to managers and directors, turning complex data into meaningful stories.
• Contribute to team KPIs and growth targets, helping raise the bar across all marketing activity.

• Ideally Marketing Degree or CIM Qualification
• Experience in B2B or e-commerce environment
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, and paid social
• Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of analytics and reporting to measure and communicate success
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail
• Passion for innovation, AI, and automation
• Excellent organisational skills
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the drive to make an impact
