Job description

We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, design coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. You'll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to ensure our channels are running smoothly and delivering impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support & Ownership: Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and digital channels.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to keep campaigns on track.
  • Own campaigns end‑to‑end with support from the team, measuring success and providing recommendations.
Reporting & Insights
  • Compile and maintain regular performance reports across channels to provide to the HoM and wider business.
  • Help interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support ad‑hoc reporting requests from the team.
Design & Creative Coordination
  • Liaise with designers and external partners to brief and manage creative assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Assist with light design tasks (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
Team & Channel Support
  • Respond to ad‑hoc queries from the marketing team and wider business.
  • Help maintain marketing systems, tools, and documentation.
  • Support with content uploads, scheduling, and basic web updates.
  • Assist with marketing spend budget management.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
