We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Group Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels in the UK and Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue and business development across multiple globally recognised brands and distinctive independent properties.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the group-wide sales strategy, setting targets and driving performance across all properties
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and development
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to maximise commercial results
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Support new hotel openings and contribute to go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel sales leadership across multiple properties or regions
  • Strong commercial focus with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Skilled at building and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Experienced in corporate, MICE, leisure, and group business development
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder with global brand experience
  • Based in the UK or Ireland with knowledge of local sales markets
