- Conduct property valuations in line with RICS Red Book standards.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for a range of property types.
- Provide landlord and tenant advisory services, including lease renewals and rent reviews and lease restructuring.
- Analyse and interpret property market data to support valuation work.
- Advise on property investment opportunities and risks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
The successful candidate for this MRICS Valuation and Landlord and Tenant Surveyor job should have:
- MRICS qualification with experience of valuation and landlord-tenant matters or working towards APC.
- Strong knowledge of the property industry and relevant legislation and market trends.
- Proven experience in conducting property valuations and lease negotiations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
