Head Chef | Full Time | Tunbridge Wells

The Role |

As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and standards. You will coach and develop your team, ensuring high performance and excellent results.

• Have experience maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive.
• Are a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions on your feet.
