Head Chef | Full Time | Tunbridge Wells

The Role

As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel, driving performance and achieving outstanding results.

• Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every dish meets high standards, and empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Experienced in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Committed to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
• A proactive problem solver who can think quickly and make sound decisions.
