Part-Time Carer/Coordinator for Children and Young People — 7.5-15 hours per week.

• Provide home sitting support for families with severely disabled children, typically 2–4 hours per session.
• Work within a small, friendly and dedicated team.
• Support children in their home setting or in the community as required.

• Experience of working with children with complex needs.
• A medical, nursing or childcare background is desirable.
