A global FTSE business is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their HR team in London. The successful candidate will manage compensation-related tasks, support HR systems, and provide analytical insights. Ideal candidates should possess advanced Excel skills and experience with HR compensation tools. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
Our client is a Global FTSE business looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their HR team in City of London.
Ideally, you will have similar experience within a large organisation and Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlook ups, macros, formulas, and complex workbooks. You will also have experience working with HR systems and Compensation Tools, such as SuccessFactors, ResourceLink, and Payscale Curo, to import and export data management.
Key responsibilities include providing support across a variety of Compensation-related tasks, working closely with several HR Systems, and being a key point of contact and decision maker for the efficient delivery of compensation analysis.
