In this role you will be given autonomy over fabric / building maintenance including but not necessarily limited to: lighting equipment, fixed wire testing, water testing, legionella control, plumbing / pipework, and other general minor electrical / mechanical repairs.

This role suits a Fabric Technician / Facilities Technician looking for a secure role with great work life balance, working within one of the UKs highest growth companies.

• M-F, 8am-4pm
• Site based general maintenance
• Working with on-site team and external contractors

• Facilities background
• General building fabric, mechanical & electrical knowledge
• Any form of engineering / trade qualification would be beneficial
