Job Title: Night Shift Maintenance Technician

Salary: Up to £55K per annum, depending on experience

Location: Masham, North Yorkshire, HG4 4JB

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Night shift

The headquarters is based in Masham, North Yorkshire, with an exciting new facility at Dalton, Thirsk. With a focus on team spirit, we are looking for a self‑motivated individual to be a part of the electrical and mechanical maintenance team, predominantly covering the night shift period to assist both sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the electrical and mechanical maintenance on both sites
• Improving the company's high standards through preventative maintenance
• Providing night shift cover as part of the maintenance team for a 24‑hour operation

Qualifications and Experience

• Be self‑sufficient, enthusiastic and able to work effectively with minimum supervision
• Have previous experience in mechanical and electrical machine maintenance
• Experienced in troubleshooting and fault finding
• Good working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical control systems
• Good working knowledge of product transfer systems including elevators, drag‑chain and auger feed systems
• Ideally have PLC programming and fault‑finding experience
• Be flexible to provide cover for 24‑hour operation
