Salary: £55k-£65k

- Design & develop high-precision mechanical systems
- Optimise designs for performance, manufacturability & reliability
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
- Lead testing & analysis to ensure designs meet performance standards
- Mentor & support junior engineers
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Previously taken a product from concept to production
- Experience in developing electro-mechanical products
- Knowledge of thermal & structural analysis
- Expert 3D CAD design skills (SolidWorks/Inventor)
- Strong understanding of DFMA & FMEA
