Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Fast Fit Advisor, or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confident handling busy workloads and prioritising effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle service enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work.
• Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated on progress.
• Provide clear explanations of work required and completed.
• Identify and upsell additional services, repairs, or products when appropriate.
• Accurately raise job cards, invoices, and process payments.
• Ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
