A leading plumbing and heating merchant is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a maternity cover position from January to October 2026. You will provide exceptional customer service for a trade-only clientele based in Fareham. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude. Position: Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Duration: January 2026 – October 2026
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 /week MON-THUR + 1 in 4 SATs (Half Day) *ROTA
Location: Williams, 13 Standard Way, Fareham, PO16 8XB
*ROTA: FRI will be the usual rota day off. Working hours vary over 4-week period, falling between 06:30 (earliest start) and 18:00 (latest finish). Allocated weekday half-day on weeks working a half-day SAT (07:00-12:00)!
