Construction Director - We are looking for someone with expertise and extensive experience in massive construction projects relating to retail parks, warehouse 'Sheds’ facilities (MASSIVE!) or Logistics parks. Must have extensive experience in industrial warehouse 'shed’ construction.

You must have had full decision-making responsibility and be able to decide on what and how to construct certain elements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, dynamic who can develop strategy, get involved in exciting regional projects and develop relationships with key clients.

We need hands-on direction and leadership skills and experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Director. Experience in warehouse 'shed' construction is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations
• Lead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
• Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices

We’re looking for:

• An experienced Head of Construction / Construction Director with warehouse 'shed' construction experience
• Excellent hands-on direction and leadership skills
• Ideally MRICS/MCIOB qualified
• Must be flexible in hours of work and travel
• Candidate to be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
