Health Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in London. Paying extremely well, 75k+.

Highly-regarded full-service commercial law firm with a great regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice.

The team does a range of advisory work on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics, and practitioners. They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to focus on healthcare Inquests & Court of Protection work.

Workload includes a wide range of very high-profile Medical Law advisory matters, including obtaining declarations to treat patients, child protection matters, mental health law advice, mental capacity law advice, deprivation of liberty matters, and healthcare inquests.

Ideally, they are looking for someone with at least 3PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work. However, they welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in moving into and focusing on this exciting area.
