This leading international Law Firm, recognised for its top-tier legal practice, is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join its Corporate & Structured Lending team acting for borrowers / sponsors and lenders on LMA transaction documentation, investment financing, development financing, and back-leverage/loan-on-loan financing.

The team acts for banks, funds, sponsors, and major corporates on multi-jurisdictional deals across a variety of sectors, including event-driven financings, structured financings, real estate and asset finance.
