Job summary
A well-established legal practice is looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their team. This hybrid role involves advising on a range of property finance transactions including acquisitions and refinancing, while offering growth through cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates will possess strong drafting and communication skills, along with a proactive attitude. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in real estate finance or broader commercial property work.
- Experience advising on real estate finance transactions.
- Capability to draft and negotiate loan and security documentation.
Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate finance transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft and negotiate loan, security, and ancillary documentation.
- Develop specialist sector knowledge and support colleagues.
- Contribute to cross-team referrals and business development.
