The role offers exposure to various projects, merit-based progression, and opportunities for technical development. This planning consultancy specialises in sustainability‑focused projects across multiple disciplines; it has been recognised for its outstanding service through receiving multiple awards. The consultancy provides expertise across a mixture of sectors to a diverse range of clients, part of the reason for its recent growth and the transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which offers a unique chance to assist the business’s future growth and rewards everyone for their service and contribution.
You will support the wider team across multiple live projects, taking responsibility for preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and site access appraisals. The role involves producing site access and travel plans, carrying out CAD work relating to access design, and delivering clear, well‑structured reports to support planning submissions. This position offers strong exposure across a variety of project types, giving you the opportunity to develop quickly within a supportive team environment.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with previous experience supporting transport statements and assessments, as well as holding a full UK driver’s licence to be able to commute to sites when required.
