Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Location: Cardiff, Cheltenham or Worcester
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a 2-4 PQE Solicitor or Associate to join a Real Estate Finance team advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of property-related finance transactions. The role includes development funding, acquisitions, refinancing and security work.

The team works with banks, challenger lenders, specialist finance providers and private investors, giving broad exposure across the property finance market.

Responsibilities

• Advising on real estate finance transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and negotiating loan, security and ancillary documentation
• Developing specialist sector knowledge and supporting colleagues
• Contributing to cross-team referrals and business development

About You

• 2-4 years PQE
• Experience in real estate finance or broader commercial property work
