The Cambridge office houses the firm’s centre for excellence for Strategic Land Development, as well as specialists in Core Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investment, Clean & Renewable Energy, Residential Development, Commercial Development, Management, and General Advisory, serving a broad range of clients.

Led by 4 Partners and supported by a diverse group of lawyers, they act for leading clients nationwide and prominent businesses and institutions in the East of England and Cambridge, including high-profile clients in sectors such as:

• Commercial landlord and tenant work
• Investment and asset management
• General commercial property development
• Experience acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
• Knowledge of property support in corporate transactions
