A market-leading, developing Commercial Litigation specialist with an excellent national reputation is seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Chester team (and work from home!).
- Provide a broad spectrum of services, from early-stage debt recovery advice to handling Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings, as well as insolvency actions.
- Contribute to a close-knit, expanding team and support clients in various environments, including niche areas relevant to their business needs.
- 2-10 years’ PQE with a demonstrable background in commercial litigation.
- Ideal for someone with expert knowledge of debt recovery litigation processes and legislation.
