• Strong commercial contracts expertise, comfortable drafting and negotiating SaaS and technology agreements.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in privacy and AI compliance.

• Partner with sales teams to negotiate customer deals and contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements.
