A leading international law firm in London is seeking a Talent Development Manager to support their Corporate and Securities practice. The ideal candidate will be a corporate and securities lawyer with over 5 years of post-qualification experience, possessing excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, monitoring workloads, and advising on career goals.
Are you an experienced City corporate and securities lawyer looking for a change of direction? This is a new role in Talent Development with a US law firm in London. THE FIRM An elite, international law firm. The London office consists of a talented group of lawyers whose work includes advising on large-scale, high-end, complex matters. THE ROLE A Talent Development Manager is sought to provide support to the London Corporate and Securities practice and, potentially after a period of integration, another practice group at the Firm. This position will be embedded with the Corporate and Securities practice group, working directly with the partners, associates and trainees. You will also work closely with other Talent Development Managers in the London Office, as well as with the wider Talent Development team in New York.
