They are on the lookout for a Commercial Property Paralegal.

Some of the daily tasks:

• Assisting solicitors or partners on commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leases, funding/finance).
• Drafting or reviewing documents, transaction packs, correspondence, and pre‑/post-contract admin.
• Engaging with clients, agents or other parties under supervision.
• Carrying out research, due diligence, and supporting lease/development work or property‑related compliance matters.
• Supporting property finance, development, and possibly cross-border property work (MSHB advertises expertise in cross-border transactions).
