Job summary
A corporate law firm in London is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Law to manage complex transactions and advise clients on corporate governance and M&A. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE and a proven track record in corporate law. This role offers autonomy, direct client contact, and a clear pathway to partnership. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, drafting legal documents, and building solid client relationships.
