Responsibilities

Suitable candidates will be able to run their own claimant clinical negligence case load, including:

• Cancer claims
• Accident and emergency claims
• Defective medical products claims
• Birth injury and pregnancy claims
• Cerebral Palsy claims
• Cauda Equina Syndrome claims
• Cosmetic Dentistry claims

Experience in supervising other lawyers would be an advantage.
