Your work will include:

• Advising on clearance, protection, and enforcement of trade marks.
• Drafting and responding to oppositions, cancellations, and other contentious matters.
• Providing commercially driven advice to clients across a range of sectors.

Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 1–5 years’ PQE.

Strong experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
