The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
- Advising clients on corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and private equity work
- Working closely with clients including investors, SME's, management teams.
- Working with the Partners and other senior fee earners on deals.
- Helping on marketing and business development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:
- A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and likely to be around 1-2 years PQE
- Proven experience in corporate law gained from a regional, national or international law firm
- Ties to Leeds
- Strong academics
- An ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
