A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well‑established practice on a part‑time basis (3–4 days per week). The role involves managing a purely residential caseload while playing a key part in developing and strengthening the department. You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance, with autonomy and room to shape the function as it grows.
You will be an accomplished Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will have experience in running your own residential files from instruction to completion. You will be confident and commercially aware and able to work with minimal supervision. You will bring the expertise and initiative required to build and expand the department and you will have strong communication skills with a client‑centred approach.
