I am looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor (s) for a well-regarded law firm in Greater Manchester to work across M&A, disposals, shareholder agreements and restructuring in a hybrid working model. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to grow within a market-leading corporate team.

They are recognised as a Top Tier firm but the Legal 500, a a Top 200 UK Law Firm by The Lawyer. They have a collaborative approach to target and they deal with high network and good quality work.
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
- Leading or supporting on high-value M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuring
- Managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and other corporate documentation
- Advising on corporate governance, group reorganisations and joint ventures
- Building and developing client relationships and contributing to business development within the corporate team
- Mentoring more junior members of the team and helping shape team processes and strategy
The Corporate Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years PQE in corporate/M&A work
- Experienced in managing full-cycle M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuring
- Comfortable drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, group reorganisations
- Commercially minded, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationships
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and contribute to team growth and mentoring
Estimated salary starting from c£57k dependent on experience along with other company benefits, great progression and high quality work.
Hybrid working from Greater Manchester office.
