• The team is ranked top-tier and is one of the largest in the country, acting for many regulatory bodies.
• The Manchester team is expanding due to new contracts and instructions and is looking for experienced Regulatory Solicitors.
• Manage an investigatory caseload of fitness to practice files covering matters such as fraud, clinical failings and inappropriate behaviour.
• Involve in cases from the outset; ideally demonstrate experience in a healthcare regulatory or professional discipline arena.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and passion for this growing area of law.
