Job summary
A legal consultancy firm is seeking a Lawyer in Birmingham for the largest infrastructure project in Europe. The successful candidate will provide legal support for a portfolio of contracts, advising on construction and commercial matters. Required qualifications include being a UK qualified solicitor with over 18 months of post-qualification experience. This role offers a salary range of £55,687.20 to £65,950, working 3 days in the office. Applications are open until January 5, 2026.
Qualifications
- UK qualified solicitor with UK-based post-qualification experience (>18 months).
- Demonstrable experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and advise on their practical impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support across a portfolio of contracts and projects.
- Advise project and commercial colleagues on construction and commercial issues.
- Draft and negotiate key documents, including works and services contracts.
