Duty Criminal Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £50,000+ (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Duty Criminal Solicitor to join a busy team. JOB REF:2006.

  • Applications are sought from qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience in a fast-paced criminal law environment.
  • You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Police Station and Magistrates’ Court matters.
  • Participating in duty rotas for both Magistrates’ Court and Police Stations.
  • Supporting colleagues within the department and liaising with both existing and new clients.
  • You will ideally hold higher rights, but not essential.
  • It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
