This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of contentious matters within a supportive and professional environment.

The Litigation Solicitor Role

You will manage your own caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including (but not limited to):

• Contract disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Professional negligence
• Contentious probate
• Employment litigation (optional, depending on experience)
  
  

Key Responsibilities Of The Litigation Solicitor

• Handling cases from instruction to resolution.
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Representing clients in court, tribunals, and mediation as required
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  
  

Requirements Of The Litigation Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor in the UK
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation processes
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, well-organized, and commercially aware
